BraveU 3.11.9

BraveU is a self-development app built around emotional awareness, self-leadership, and intentional goal tracking. The app is designed for users who want a structured approach to personal growth, combining daily practices with guided content from Jena Rodriguez, an emotional scientist and transformational mentor.

The core experience centers on a daily routine. Users connect with their inner guidance through meditations, track their progress toward personal goals, and work through training sessions, live streams, and written and audio content. An interactive community allows members to engage with others pursuing similar objectives.

The app offers three membership tiers. The Brave Master Membership provides meditations, podcasts, and assessments. The Beyond Brave Membership adds access to the BraveU community, a progress-tracking feature, and live streams. The Ego Shift Experience Program and Coaching Container includes all previous features along with full course access, masterclasses, activation programs, and live group coaching sessions over Zoom. Private coaching is available as an upgrade, though availability is limited.

The app is free to download, with optional in-app purchases for paid tiers. Subscriptions are billed through the user's iTunes account at the end of the trial period and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal pricing remains unchanged. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal disabled in iTunes Account Settings. Purchases are non-refundable for any unused portion of a subscription term.
